Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Asceon (asceon.app) collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Asceon is run by William Leon Holley, based in Italy. For any privacy question or request, email support@asceon.app.

What we collect

Only if you choose to enter your email after the quiz, we store:

your email address;
your answers to the 5 quiz questions and the profile they lead to;
your answer to "How did you find us?", if you give one;
the campaign label of the link you arrived from, if it had one (for example "tiktok" and "week1");
the date and time you gave consent.

We don't ask for your name, phone number, location, age or any health information. If you take the quiz without entering your email, your answers stay in your browser and are not stored by us. We only count, anonymously, which result profile came up.

Why we use it

to send you the first-day plan you asked for;
to send you occasional tips by email (you can unsubscribe at any time);
to understand how many people are interested in a future 8-week program, including when you click "I want the full 8-week program";
to see which channels and weeks bring people to the site, so we can improve it.

We never sell your information and never share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Legal basis (for visitors in the EU and UK)

We send emails based on your consent, which you give with the checkbox and can withdraw at any time. We use anonymous, aggregated website statistics and keep the site secure based on our legitimate interest in running and improving it.

Website statistics, cookies and storage

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and is designed not to identify individual visitors. It tells us things like how many people visited, started the quiz or signed up, in total.

If you arrive from a link with a campaign label, your browser keeps that label in "session storage" until you close the tab, so it can be saved with your email if you sign up. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Services we use

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): stores your email and quiz answers and sends our emails.
Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA): hosts the website. Like any web host, its servers may briefly process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect against abuse.
Umami (Umami Software, USA): cookieless, aggregated website statistics, stored in the European Union.

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, they rely on legal safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe, we may keep your email address on a "do not contact" list, only to make sure we never email you again.

How to unsubscribe

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're out. You can also email support@asceon.app and we'll do it for you.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email support@asceon.app and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Children

Asceon is not intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has signed up, email support@asceon.app and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll tell subscribers by email.
